In this position, you will collaborate with the Recovery Home Supervisor to assist individuals facing challenges related to mental illness and trauma.
Your role is pivotal in implementing coping strategies and aiding clients in their daily lives. You'll engage with community services and promote participation in social activities, fostering connections. Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate crisis support and report issues
Ensure ethical behavior and qualified standards
Keep detailed records in the Mustimuhw system
Guide clients in daily tasks and responsibilities
Facilitate social and recreational interactions Requirements:
At least 2 years experience with Indigenous populations
Background in social services, health care, or addictions
Must have Food Protected Level 1 and First Aid certifications
Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transport
