Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching drywall, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Execute interior and exterior painting projects using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and power tools with precision and efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately follow project specifications
Perform restoration work including caulking, drywall repairs, and surface preparation for seamless finishes
Utilize rigging and scaffolding safely when working at heights or on elevated surfaces
Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship




Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met

Qualifications
Proven construction experience with a focus on painting, drywall installation, or restoration projects
Skilled in handling hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment
Knowledge of construction painting techniques for residential, commercial, and industrial environments
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics for accurate project execution
Solid understanding of safety protocols related to rigging, scaffolding, and the use of power tools
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
