Salon Society is on the hunt for a bright, bubbly, and super reliable person to join our Guest Services team — the friendly face and the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our award-winning salon running like clockwork.

This role is fast-paced, on your feet, and full of variety. You’ll be juggling phones, appointments, retail sales, and keeping the salon sparkling — all while supporting the stylists and making sure every client feels amazing.

What You’ll Be Rocking:
Greeting clients with a warm, welcoming vibe
Handling phones, emails, and DMs with ease
Booking appointments and managing cancellations
Helping clients find the perfect products and boosting retail sales
Taking charge of laundry and salon cleaning duties (super important to keeping our space looking fresh and running smoothly!)
Supporting the team and enforcing policies with kindness and confidence
