We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for all team members
Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal
Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and materials used on-site
Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting (preferred)
Prior experience in general labour or construction environments is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as needed
