Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including meats, vegetables, and bread, using traditional tandoor ovens
Ensure all food preparation adheres to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Assist in meal preparation by marinating ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining ingredient freshness
Serve dishes promptly while maintaining presentation quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency in taste and presentation




Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple cooking stations

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen roles, preferably with a focus on tandoori or Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry
Hands-on experience with serving guests in a food service workplace
Ability to operate tandoor ovens safely and efficiently
Excellent attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
A positive attitude with a passion for authentic cuisine and customer satisfaction
