Two-Month Contract Position

Action Tire & Auto is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop General Labourer. This entry-level position is an excellent prospect for someone interested in getting started in the automotive repair industry—no previous automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities
Organize, move and manage customers’ stored tires
Load and unload tires and other shop materials
Keep the shop, storage areas and workspaces clean and organized
Sweep floors, remove waste and assist with general shop cleanup
Restock supplies and ensure commonly used items are readily available
Assist the team with other general duties as required
Follow all workplace safety procedures

Requirements
Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day, including lifting, carrying,



bending and standing
Dependable, punctual and ready to work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Robust attention to cleanliness, organization and safety
Previous automotive experience is not required

Position Details This is a two-month contract position. For the right person, there may be an chance for the role to develop into longer-term employment.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
