Leaf’s Intensive Home Support Division is looking for dedicated Direct Support Specialists. In this role, you will assist individuals transitioning to adulthood or living with developmental disabilities, facilitating their growth and independence. Collaborate with a supportive team to implement effective programs that enhance life skills and community involvement. Key Responsibilities:
Provide care and supervision for daily activities
Administer medications and ensure health monitoring
Encourage social-recreational participation in the community




Maintain necessary documentation for compliance
Participate in training and team meetings as necessary Requirements:
Minimum one year of direct support experience required
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
Recent explicit Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
Current First Aid and CPR Certification essential
