Inventory Coordinator – Manage Inventory, Orders, and Stock Operations

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily inventory activities and maintain accurate stock records
Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements
Receive, inspect, and record incoming products and materials
Prepare and process inventory transfers, orders, and adjustments
Track shipments, deliveries, and stock movements
Investigate inventory discrepancies and help resolve issues




Maintain accurate inventory databases, spreadsheets, and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams
Assist with regular inventory counts and audits
Prepare inventory reports and provide updates to management
Identify opportunities to improve inventory control and operational efficiency

Qualifications
Previous experience in inventory coordination, stock control, warehouse administration, purchasing, or operations is an asset
Robust organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and inventory management systems
Strong problem-solving and record-keeping abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
