Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, hospitality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food handling environments is a plus but not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic culinary setting.

Duties
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and sanitizing surfaces
Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
Support in organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients for efficient workflow
Help with serving food to guests or customers when needed
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as required




Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained after use
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is advantageous
Experience with food preparation, cooking, or hospitality roles will be considered a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
