This role is a full time nightshift position. The shift is 12-8am and the rotation is 4 days on and 2 days off. As a Residential Care Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals in all aspects of daily living while promoting independence, community inclusion, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support to residents




Assist with community inclusion activities and in-house programming
Foster positive communication and collaborative relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and other stakeholders
Work effectively as part of a supportive team
Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming home environment
Prepare and cook nutritious meals

Qualifications
Must be 19 years of age or older
Education and/or experience in health care, human services, or community support is considered an asset, but is not required
Valid First Aid Level 1 Certificate
Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check (paid by the employer)
Recent TB test (within the past two years)
Hepatitis B immunization or signed waiver
Fluent in written and spoken English
Must be legally entitled to live and work in Canada
