Duties
Lead group fitness classes with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
Design and deliver varied workout routines that cater to different fitness levels and preferences
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to maximize participant understanding and engagement
Motivate participants throughout the class to maintain energy and commitment
Monitor class dynamics, offering modifications or assistance as needed to accommodate individual needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming class environment at all times
Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and incorporate innovative exercises into your sessions
Requirements
Proven experience in teaching group fitness classes or similar instructional roles
Solid knowledge of exercise techniques, safety protocols, and fitness principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of people
Certification in group fitness instruction or relevant fitness discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and provide modifications for different skill levels
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting health and wellness in the community
