Valley Home Improvements is looking for a reliable, motivated person to join our construction crew. We work on a variety of residential projects including renovations, additions, decks, garages, siding, roofing and custom homes.
This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes variety, and wants to build their construction skills as part of a small, experienced team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day work will vary depending on the project and may include:
Assisting carpenters and other crew members with residential construction projects
Preparing and cleaning up job sites
Moving, loading and organizing tools and building materials
Using hand and power tools safely
Helping with framing, demolition, exterior work and general construction
Keeping work areas organized and materials ready for the crew
Following instructions, site procedures and safety requirements
Learning new construction skills as you gain experience

Previous construction experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.
What We Offer
$20–$24 per hour, based on experience
