Reporting to the Sr. Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of corporate actions and engage daily with both trading operations and essential counter-parties. Your role will focus on cash/stock reconciliation, risk management, and developing strategies to avoid operational issues. Cooperative project management is also a key element of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process all North American corporate action events • Collaborate with teams to facilitate smooth operations • Conduct risk assessments and implement recommendations • Maintain controls and review processes quarterly • Contribute to departmental projects and integrations
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in asset servicing, including corporate actions • Solid understanding of voluntary election arbitrage • 3+ years within a broker-dealer or bank workplace • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and related systems • Ability to handle high volumes and tight deadlines
