We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC issues effectively. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Install current HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.
Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work.
Skills
Proficiency in appliance repair with a focus on HVAC systems.
Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
