Responsibilities
Operate grill and fryer
Prepare and change fryer oil
Clean and maintain grill, fryer, exhaust hood and work areas
Restock supplies and assist with daily restaurant operations
Follow cleaning and food safety procedures

Requirements
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Comfortable working around heat, grease and smoke
Willing to perform regular cleaning duties
Able to work efficiently in a busy setting
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
