Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met consistently
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Serve customers efficiently with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies,
notifying management when stock needs replenishing
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders
Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or similar food industry roles
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, especially grilling and meal assembly
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in grilling and cooking processes
