Be a key player in ice maintenance as an Ice Resurfacer Operator at Cavanagh Sensplex, located in Ottawa North-West. This part time position focuses on operating the Zamboni and maintaining ice quality. At the Sensplex, affiliated with the Ottawa Senators, your efforts will significantly impact our community's recreational events.

Expect to edge, shovel, and maintain ice surfaces while ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Training will be provided to enhance your proficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities:
Operate ice resurfacing machinery for events
Maintain and repair ice pads as scheduled
Edge ice before games to enhance play quality
Transparent snow from exits to ensure safety
Perform daily inspections and upkeep Requirements:
Age requirement is 18 years or older
Experience with Zamboni operations preferred
Valid driver’s license necessary
Capability to manage physical demands including lifting
Availability for adaptable shifts including weekends Contribute to exceptional sporting experiences at Cavanagh Sensplex.
