Key Responsibilities Flooring & Surface Preparation
Lead by example while adhering to all occupational health and safety regulations
Operate company vehicles and specialized equipment, including stand-up grinders, self-leveling equipment, vacuums, burnishers, walk-behind scrubbers, and shot blasters
Apply and install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings
General Renovation Duties
Epoxy Flooring
Perform construction tasks including demolition
Shelving and Slatwall
Assist with a wide range of garage renovation services as part of our “one-stop shop” approach
Complete additional duties as required
Additional Responsibilities
Installation of slatwall systems, shelving, and cabinetry
Drywall finishing and painting
Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
Strong awareness of workplace safety and the ability to identify and address hazards
Ability to read and interpret quotes, work orders, blueprints, and drawings
Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, train, and guide team members
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment and perform well under pressure
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
Compensation Wages will be based on experience and skill level.
