Follow blueprints to accurately assemble HVAC units
Operate tools for mechanical assembly and repairs

Support Lean processes for waste reduction Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of assembly or similar experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Skilled in using power and hand tools
Capable of lifting heavy components up to 50 lbs
