Become a Home Support Worker with Vancouver Coastal Health in the beautiful Powell River, BC! As a Community Care Assistant, you will work under the supervision of healthcare leaders to provide essential support services to clients.

Your role will include assisting clients in daily activities while also closely monitoring their well-being. A background working with dementia or geriatric populations will be an asset for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive home support to clients
Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
Monitor and communicate significant changes in client health

Graduation from a recognized Health Care Assistant Program
Current registration with the BC Community Health Worker Registry
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
