You will be pivotal in developing HSSE policies and leading incident investigations. The position demands regular travel to field sites and a commitment to emergency response readiness across all shifts. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent HSSE system application in field operations
Conduct effective communications on safety practices
Engage contractors to align HSSE systems
Assist in injury management and worker safety programs
Perform field-based inspections and safety coaching Requirements:
Over 10 years in Oil & Gas industry experience
Valid safety certifications and Class 5 driver's license
Practical incident investigation experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Eligible to work in Canada Lead our safety initiatives at TAQA North and ensure compliance with high safety standards.
