Overview A general family office ( non-corporate :) with 6 op's in Thornhill is looking for a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. We have one full time dentist and two associates ( a periodontist and another general dentist)

8 hours per day, Monday to Thursday (4 days a week)

Responsibilities:
Cleans and prepares treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient continued




Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation
Establish robust patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior
Maintaining sterilization room, equipment and supplies
Sterilize instruments and disinfect rooms according to standards
Control inventory, order materials and receive orders

Requirements:
Certified Dental Assistant Level I or II
Current grads are welcome to apply

Schedule Monday 8am-3pm

Tuesday 12:30-8pm

Wednesday 11:30-8pm

Thursday 8am-3pm

One Sunday per month 8am-4pm ( not in the summer or holiday/long weekends)
