FULL-TIME BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT – GEORGETOWN, ON

JNJ Corporate Cleaners Inc. is looking for a reliable and experienced Full-Time Building Superintendent for a residential condominium building in Georgetown, Ontario.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8:00 a.m. start

8 hours per day – 40 hours per week

Responsibilities include:
Daily inspection and walk-through of the property
General building maintenance and minor repairs
Monitoring common areas, mechanical rooms and underground parking
Responding to building and resident maintenance concerns
Coordinating access for contractors and service companies
Keeping mechanical and service areas clean and organized
Reporting building issues to Property Management
Assisting with garbage/recycling and building operations as required




Working closely with Property Management and cleaning staff

Requirements:
Previous superintendent, maintenance or building operations experience preferred
Basic knowledge of building systems and minor repairs
Reliable, punctual and skilled
Positive communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and take responsibility for daily building operations

This is a full time, Monday-to-Friday position at a residential building in Georgetown. Please apply with your resume and relevant work experience.
