Process all necessary current hire paperwork
Facilitate onboarding sessions for newcomers
Manage payroll and advantages for existing employees
Respond to employee inquiries promptly
Conduct exit interviews and follow-up procedures Requirements:
A minimum of two years’ experience in HR
Proficient in employee relations and recruitment
Preferred experience in health care settings
Knowledge of collective agreements and union relations
