We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Contract Women Advocate to champion women's rights, promote gender equality, and provide essential support to women in our community. The ideal candidate will bring energy, compassion, and a proactive approach to addressing issues faced by women from diverse backgrounds.

Duties
Act as a primary point of contact for women seeking support, guidance, or legal assistance related to gender-based issues
Conduct outreach programs to raise awareness about women's rights, safety, and available resources within the community
Provide counseling and emotional support to women experiencing domestic violence, discrimination, or other challenges
Collaborate with local organizations, government agencies, and service providers to facilitate access to healthcare, legal aid, and social services
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics such as women's empowerment, rights awareness, and self-defense techniques
Maintain detailed records of casework, referrals made,



and follow-up actions taken to ensure comprehensive support
Advocate for policy changes and community initiatives that promote gender equality and protect women's rights

Qualifications
Proven experience working with women or in advocacy roles focused on gender issues
Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to listen empathetically and communicate effectively
Experience working with children is considered an asset, especially when addressing issues involving young girls or family dynamics
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
Knowledge of local laws related to women's rights and safety measures
Bachelor’s degree in social work, gender studies, law, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Energetic attitude with a proactive mindset dedicated to community service
