As a Field Representative, you will work closely with the Terminal Manager to ensure the safe and profitable delivery of services. Your role includes supervising drivers, conducting site-specific orientations, and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a critical part in driving operational excellence and upholding Trimac’s safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with Customers and Drivers
• Conduct site visits and safety assessments regularly




• Identify and pursue current business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Safe Work Permits and orientations
• Troubleshoot service issues with both Drivers and Operations

Requirements:
• Class 1 / Class A Commercial License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent needed
• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HSSE policies and regulations
