This role at HealthOne requires a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner with 5-7 years of experience in healthcare recruitment. You'll engage talented professionals for both clinical and non-clinical positions and manage the entire candidate experience. Your expertise will greatly impact the quality of care we deliver at our multidisciplinary clinics throughout the GTA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design full-cycle recruitment plans with hiring managers
• Cultivate relationships with candidates and local talent communities
• Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding
• Identify passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies
• Promote HealthOne’s employer brand at recruitment events
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in HR, Business, or similar field
• 5-7 years of healthcare talent acquisition experience
• CHRL/CHRP certification in progress or completed
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
• Proven experience with applicant tracking systems
