Brandt Truck & Trailers is currently seeking a Rental Manager - Transportation for our Nisku Truck and Trailer location. This position is responsible for the management of all trucks and trailers held in our rental fleet.

What You Will Be Responsible For Asset management – from initial purchase, through life cycle and liquidation of the asset
Growth of fleet assets, forecasting seasonal and annual equipment needs
P&L; on all assets held in the fleet
Fleet maintenance planning and costing
Transportation and assignment of assets throughout the Brandt dealer infrastructure
Managing contracts and insurance for fleet equipment
Work with area Sales Managers and Territory Managers, to build the Transportation Rental Business in Western Canada
Participate in all sales opportunities,



and close competitive sales
Ensure positive working relationships between our customers and maintain customer loyalty
Manage and maintain customer accounts and profiles
Travel as needed within Western Canada
What We Look For Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient use of Great Plains would be an asset.
Previous accounting experience is considered an asset
Educational Requirements
High School Graduate
Post-Secondary Education considered an asset
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually with minimal supervision
Goal orientated and driven to exceed targets
Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technology and programs
