Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize PCL's estimating manuals and systems
• Review quantity survey assignments with the lead estimator
• Perform quantity surveys and assist the lead estimator
• Provide major purchase quantities to the purchasing team
• Help with bid document control and subtrade solicitation
Requirements:
• Completed a building envelope or building science course
• Strong desire to work in construction
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Familiarity with computer software applications
• Prior field experience is an asset
