We are seeking a vigilant and energetic Full-Time Overnight Concierge to join a luxury condominium in Etobicoke. Responsibilities
Greet residents, visitors, and service providers with professionalism and courtesy during overnight hours
Monitor access points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises
Conduct CCTV surveillance to oversee common areas, entrances, and parking facilities using advanced security systems
Perform regular patrols of the building’s interior and exterior to identify potential security issues or safety hazards
Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary
Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious activity and reporting concerns immediately
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for record-keeping and reporting purposes
Qualifications
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices
Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during overnight shifts
Ability to remain calm and skilled in high-pressure situations
Physical ability to perform patrols and stand for extended periods during shifts
