Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate the activities of the sanitation team and monitor daily operations in office.

- Ensure compliance with cleaning, disinfection, and sanitation programs according to established standards and procedures.

- Conduct inspections, participate in GMP rounds, identify discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions.

- Contribute to analyzing trends related to environmental results, equipment, swabs, and luminometer readings.

- Investigate sanitation-related non-conformities and deviations, and implement necessary corrective and preventive measures.

- Ensure the availability, compliance, and updates of documentation related to sanitation activities.

- Collaborate with operational teams, maintenance, and external suppliers to plan and support sanitation activities.

- Act as the primary contact for pest management and ensure follow-up on visits, reports, and required actions.

- Participate in staff training and the maintenance of food safety programs.

- Fluency in spoken and written French; functional English.

Requirements

- College diploma, vocational training, or any other relevant education in food, quality, or a related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Availability for occasional night shift presence.
