We are a full-service advisory firm, who take pride in providing comprehensive wealth planning strategies in a well-appointed office environment.Our GTA West team members are not just financial planning professionals; we are community leaders and partners. You would be joining an energetic, hard-working, culture-focused team that is deeply passionate about supporting local community organizations and making a difference in the lives of the families we serve.We are looking for a highly motivated candidate willing to grow their business working side-by-side senior wealth advisors holding the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
You would also have the daily support of our experienced administrative client support specialists.What you will doMaintain and grow existing client relationships.Deliver personalized wealth management solutions to existing clients and help them work toward their long-term financial goals.Conduct regular proactive meetings and calls with clients.Educate clients about all of the products, solutions, and services IPC provides.Provide a world class client experience.Promote the value proposition of IPC.What you will bringRelationship-building skills with a commitment to establishing long-term client relationships.Ability to leverage technology to enhance client experiences.Strong desire for performance-driven compensation.A self-motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial personality.Ability to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clients.Post-secondary education in Business and/or 3-5 years of industry experience.Completion of CSC/CPH required.Skilled accreditation (CFP, CIM, or equivalent) is considered an asset.We are looking for an accredited, experienced Wealth Advisor to take over an existing book of high-net-worth clients.The base salary for this position is between $71,900 and $119,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.E.
annual bonus, commission, etc).
