Being a QualityTechnician with us means playing a key role in the continuous improvementof our products and processes. Working directly on the production floor, youwill be a key contributor in identifying, analyzing, and resolving qualityissues to support the achievement of our operational objectives.
As a QualityTechnician , you will work closely with production, engineering, andoperations teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, processrequirements, and the continuous improvement of our manufacturing environment.
On adaily basis, you will:
Maintain an active presence onmanufacturing and assembly lines by providing coaching, raising awareness,and reinforcing work methods and quality controls;
Respond to quality issuescausing line stoppages and ensure effective communication betweendepartments;
Manage non-conformities througha rigorous process,



from root cause identification to the implementationof immediate and permanent corrective actions;
Analyze quality data toidentify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective or preventiveactions;
Develop and maintain variousquality reports and associated performance indicators;
Collect and monitor productionrejects;
Perform equipment calibrationwhen required;
Apply and promote the QualityManagement System and support departments in its understanding andmaintenance;
Collaborate in the developmentof recent products and monitor prototype activities;
Manage the deviation processefficiently;
Plan and conduct internal andexternal audits;
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001requirements;
Maintain quality documentationand ensure its accuracy and compliance.
