We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our Visiting Nursing Team. In this casual role, you’ll support clients throughout Central and Central East Regions by managing a varied caseload, conducting assessments, and delivering skilled care tailored to individual needs. You’ll work independently while ensuring the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans
• Manage caseloads and collaborate with healthcare teams




• Provide skilled nursing interventions in client homes
• Administer medications as per medical orders
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:
• Active RN or RPN registration with the CNO
• Current CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS certifications
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Robust clinical assessment and time-management skills
• Previous visiting nursing experience preferred
