The HSAA is seeking three full-time Labour Relations Officers I to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our 30,000 members through daily inquiries and assistance with disputes. You will engage closely with experienced Labour Relations Officers, developing foundational skills in labour relations, grievance management, and supporting members throughout their concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to member inquiries regarding workplace issues
• Assist in early-stage workplace dispute resolution




• Gather facts and provide investigative support
• Administer grievance documentation and tracking
• Attend workplace meetings representing members

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Labour Relations or related field
• Experience in healthcare or union environments is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license for travel to member workplaces
