In this role, you’ll support both summer and winter highway maintenance while ensuring safety and efficiency from designated patrol centers. As a Seasonal Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for tasks such as plowing, traffic control, and drainage maintenance. You will report directly to the Road Superintendent with a focus on effective maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute summer and winter highway maintenance operations
• Perform plowing, sanding, and traffic control
• Conduct highway patrolling and surface maintenance
• Assist with minor vehicle and equipment upkeep
• Participate in other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum DZ license required; AZ preferred
• Experience in highway maintenance is essential
• Must be punctual and reliable for shift work
• Ability to work in a physically demanding setting
• Satisfactory Driver's Abstract and drug screening
