Join the Sorrento and Area Community Health Centre Society (SACHCS) as a full time Family Physician in Sorrento, British Columbia. Collaborate with an experienced Nurse Practitioner while benefiting from a well-located community health setting. This position offers the chance to practice with a Nurse Practitioner shared office space or set up your own.

Located above the only pharmacy in town, SACHCS provides access to various allied health professionals and nearby hospitals for referrals and privileges. The community also offers outreach prospects for expanded practice and experience if desired. Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with a full time Nurse Practitioner
Establish an independent practice or share office space




Provide comprehensive medical care to the Sorrento community
Utilize hospital privileges at the nearby Shuswap Lake General Hospital
Participate in outreach and locum opportunities within Interior Health Requirements:
CMPA membership is mandatory
Provisional Current CPSBC License required
ACLS, ATLS, or Emergency Experience desired
Obstetric or Pediatric skills preferred
