Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and change accuracy
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage time effectively to ensure timely food preparation, serving, and order fulfillment during busy periods
Assist with food storage,



inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, including restaurant or fast-food settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
Strong cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or restaurant background preferred to understand workflow and hygiene standards
Upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales opportunities
