Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their dining experience
Prepare custom salad bowls and grain bowls for customers while following established food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while promoting specials or new offerings
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and food prep stations in accordance with health regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
