Position: Front Counter Service – Full-Time / Part time

As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of Brown Sugar Bake Shop, serving our guests with a smile while ensuring high standards of food service and cleanliness.

Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
Food safety
Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and food allergies
Hardworking, reliable, and motivated
Must be available Monday–Saturday




Shifts vary between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (schedule will rotate, not set)

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and beverages
Make sandwiches and handle food orders
Operate the POS system and process transactions
Maintain café cleanliness and follow food safety & allergy-awareness standards
