Responsibilities:
Promote and sell memberships to potential new members and will renew or up-sell memberships to current members.
Through membership sales will achieve sale goals and targets
Source out new members and referrals
Is knowledgeable on Oxygen Yoga’s pricing and sales promotions
Follows and understand Oxygen Yoga’s sales process
Conducts Orientations and Tours of our facility
Daily phone/email communications, generating leads and closing sales
Complete training on Mindbody software
Provides excellent customer service and great rapport with all members
Assisting with additional daily administrative tasks as required
Team player who will maintain a positive relationship with the rest of the staff
Additional duties completed as given
Qualifications
Has passion for health and fitness
Preferred sales experience
Has strong communication skills and is confident in their sales approach
Evening availability (until 930pm) - Must be available Friday evenings
Is organized and understands time management
Passionate about creating meaningful connections
Self-Motivator Strong work ethic who is able to demonstrate initiative
Job Types: Part time, Permanent Pay: $17.60 per hour
