In this key role reporting to the Director of Taxation, you will handle tax compliance for Canadian entities, income tax provisions, audits, and technical analyses.
With a strong focus on collaboration, you will work alongside the tax team and other departments including Accounting and Human Resources.
Your role will provide insights into international tax implications, including OECD Pillar Two, shaping the company's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze Canadian income tax provisions
- Manage the preparation of tax returns and notices of assessment
- Collaborate with teams for tax credits and incentives
- Support audits and analyze notices of assessment
- Conduct research and draft technical memos
Requirements:
- CPA designation or equivalent tax training
- Minimum 3 years experience in Canadian taxation
- Robust knowledge in corporate taxation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Taxprep
- Bilingual in French and English
