This role requires planning and monitoring the daily routines of students in a lodging setting, while coordinating schedules for lodging staff. You will also implement engaging programs tailored for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor student support counsellors effectively
- Plan and monitor student routines in lodging
- Coordinate staff timetables for optimal efficiency




- Organize and implement specialized programs for students
- Perform duties in alignment with team leadership Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in child care or equivalent experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Training in Crisis Prevention and Behaviour Management
- Experience working with Deaf students
- Excellent communication skills in English and ASL Utilize your leadership skills to foster a positive lodging environment for students at the Ernest C.
