Key Responsibilities:
• Support achieving greater independence and personal goals
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Encourage involvement in community and recreational activities
• Foster a safe and respectful living environment
• Implement individualized support strategies with accurate documentation

Requirements:
• Diploma in Rehabilitation or Social Services plus 2 years’ experience
• Valid First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration certification
• Recent Vulnerable Police clearance within 6 months
