Join Shared Health as a General Duty EEG Technologist in Brandon. This in-person role focuses on performing EEG recordings, including complex procedures for pediatric and adult patients.

As a General Duty EEG Technologist, you will work with the Charge EEG Technologist to provide quality EEG services aligned with national standards. You will perform various studies, including long-term monitoring and pre-operative EEGs. The position also involves assisting with patient preparations for neurosurgical procedures and managing on-call EEG tests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform standard and complex EEG recordings for patients
• Conduct sleep and portable EEG recordings as needed
• Assist in preparation for neurosurgical EEG monitoring




• Manage triaging of requested EEG tests independently
• Provide after-hours and on-call EEG services

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in EEG testing
• Completion of a recognized EEG Training Program
• Registration as an Electroencephalography Technologist
• Robust manual dexterity and physical health
• Current Criminal Records and Child Abuse Checks required
