About the Role
The Mechanic Team Leader executes business priorities with the service centre including and not limited to preventative maintenance and repairs within the scope of training, policy and regulation, team management; while meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity while adhering to CHEP’s quality criteria.
Compensation:
$52.77/hrstarting wage (pay increase after probation)
Additional pay premium based on shift
Performance-based production incentives, paid monthly

** What we need from you?**
Industrial Millwright License or Mechanical trade certificate
Electrical License (asset)
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in an Industrial Maintenance role
Minimum 2 years leadership experience
Experience in troubleshooting Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Basic Electrical knowledge
Minor welding and fabrication skill
Dual trade ticket with Electrical license (asset)
Ability to safely operate power tools
Ability to safely use basic hand tools

Permis de mécanicien de chantier industriel ou certificat de métier mécanique
Permis éléctrique (atout)
Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste de Maintenance Industrielle
Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en leadership
Expérience dans le dépannage mécanique, en pneumatique, hydraulique et électricité de base
Compétences mineures en soudure et en fabrication
Certification double métier avec licence électrique (atout)
Capacité à utiliser des outils électriques en toute sécurité
Capacité à utiliser en toute sécurité des outils manuel de base
