Become the Assistant Manager for the Snowmaking and Grooming team at Blue Mountain Resort. Oversee a dedicated group ensuring optimal skiing conditions and a fun work environment throughout the year.

This full time seasonal role directly reports to the Director of Slope Operations. You will manage a team of Groomers, Snowmakers, and Heavy Equipment Operators, creating a community focused on delivering memorable mountain experiences. Candidates should bring extensive snowmaking or grooming experience and a passion for teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate grooming and snowmaking operations
• Set clear performance expectations and support team growth
• Develop schedules based on operational demands




• Coordinate safety regulations and respond to accidents
• Report equipment issues promptly to maintain services

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in snowmaking or grooming
• Experience supervising a team of 30+ preferred
• Outdoor work in extreme weather conditions
• Flexibility for day, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Landscaping construction experience is beneficial
