Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee QuickBooks Online implementation and data migration
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare schedules and assist with audit documentation
• Review payroll audit reports and reconcile accounts
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
Requirements:
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably not-for-profit
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Experience handling HST filings and property tax rebates
• Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area
