As a Health & Safety Administrator, you will support the Nordic H&S; function across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. This role encompasses administration, reporting, and information management to enhance workplace safety. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Health & Safety and national H&S; managers, thus ensuring an efficient and effective working setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize administrative processes and reporting
• Support usage of safety-related digital tools and systems
• Create reports and presentation materials for key stakeholders
• Gather and structure information from various organizational sectors
• Assist planning and follow-up within the H&S; function
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in administration or safety
• Strong interest in health and safety issues
• Proficient in digital tools and system operations
• Structured and independent work approach
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills
