Join our team as the Director of Finance in a community near High Level, Alberta. This full time position is focused on leading financial strategies and managing fiscal operations. We are looking for a seasoned finance qualified with a CPA designation and at least 7 years of experience in finance leadership.

Your role will involve collaborating with the Executive Team to shape financial planning, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance while enhancing the effectiveness of the Finance and Accounting teams. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with goals
Prepare annual budgets and manage financial reporting
Facilitate internal and external financial discussions
Mentor Finance and Accounting staff and enhance their skills
Conduct financial audits and report compliance status Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
At least 7 years in senior finance leadership
Proven budgeting and forecasting skills
Robust leadership and interpersonal skills
